All sales are final. Because each item is handcrafted to order, I do not accept returns, cancellations, or offer refunds.
That said, I care deeply about your experience and want you to love your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you are completely unhappy with your item for any reason, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos if applicable.
I will review each situation individually and work with you to make it right, which may include a repair, replacement, or another reasonable solution at my discretion.
